Cibisatamab(CEA-TCB)是一种T细胞双特异性抗体，结合癌细胞上的癌胚抗原(CEA)和T细胞上的CD3。Cibisatamab在T细胞上有1个CD3ε链的单结合位点和2个CEA结合位点(其调节对细胞表面CEA中高表达的癌细胞的结合亲和力)。这避免了靶向具有低CEA表达水平的健康上皮细胞。通过与癌细胞表面上的CEA和T细胞上的CD3的结合引发T细胞活化，细胞因子分泌和细胞毒性颗粒释放。
