Omburtamab是靶向在多种人类实体瘤中表达的B7-H3抗原的单克隆抗体。Omburtamab（别名：8H9，曾用名：Burtomab）是一种与放射性同位素连接，能够结合到神经母细胞瘤细胞表面B7-H3抗原的单克隆抗体。直接注射到脑脊液中，绕开血脑屏障，精准靶向中枢神经系统中的神经母细胞瘤，避免其他组织受到损伤（如脑外常规放疗常引起的学习障碍和发育迟缓）。
